Above-ground burial allows those in New Jersey to put loved ones to rest in a beautiful and peaceful environment, as well as having a place to visit to honor and remember those they have lost. At Princeton Memorial Park, we have elegant mausoleums and additional options for above-ground burials. Our mausoleums are designed specifically for either cremated or intact remains above the ground, and we provide additional spaces for more than one family member to be put to rest together.

    In Ground

In-ground burials have been a traditional choice for burials following death. This method of burial is also the most common option for those that want an outdoor memorial and would like a place for loved ones to come and reflect. It is also a good option for those that would like to be memorialized next to their loved ones. Princeton Memorial Park offers those throughout New Jersey several beautiful and peaceful grave sections that serve as final resting places for loved ones, where families can visit to remember and honor those they have lost.

  • Cremation

    Cremation

Part of making plans for after death, whether for yourself or a loved one, is determining how the person will be put to rest. One such option is cremation – the process by which the enclosed deceased is placed in a cremation chamber where, through heat and evaporation, the body is reduced to its basic elements. These elements are referred to as “cremated remains.” The remains are not ashes, but bone fragments. After preparation, these elements are placed in a temporary container that is suitable for transport. The cremains are often placed in an urn that can be customized to embody the person who has passed away, and then put to rest in a place where family members and friends can visit and reflect on the person’s life.
